Finally, for the fish portion of the meat unit, there were several options, I went with the one which I already had all the ingredients needed. So tuna salad it was. The recipe was simple, and called for things I didn't expect, such as relish and carrot sticks. My sister and I were a little hesitant to try it but we did and were pleasantly surprised. The recipe was just like any normal tuna recipe, I had to drain the tuna then mix in the other stuff -- relish, carrots, mayo, etc. and then we decided to put it on toast in stead of crackers, to make it more like a sandwich. The recipe also called for a hard-boiled egg, which I layed on top.
