shish kabobs

For the meat unit we had to make three dishes, one for each kind of meat which are red meat, poultry, and fish. The first meal was red meat, our dish was shish kabobs. I made them with stew meat which I marinated for 24 hours with italian dressing. After that I had to thread the meat along with zuchini, green bell pepper, tomatoes and potatoes onto skewers. This was the longest part, it almost took me an hour. Then I broiled the kabobs in the oven, marinating them with the indicated sauce. The work was worth the end product though, they were thoroughly enjoyed by my family. The process was pretty simple just time consuming, they are also very pretty!
