Chicken Fajitas


For the poultry part of this unit I made Chicken Fajitas. They were pretty basic, and my family devoured them. It was an unusual mix of spices (including cumin, thyme and oregano) but turned out extremely delicious. The meal was one I would seguest to anyone who didn't have a lot of time on their hands to bake and wanted something tastey and filling. I didn't have any problems making them after I got home from track practice.
