Blueberry Muffins

The blueberry muffins were good, pretty easy to make too. There wasn't any thing complicated about making them. It was another dump, mix, pour, bake, eat recipe!

Spaghetti

The obstacle with the Spaghetti was multitasking. You had to get the noodles going, and start the sauce and get the bread buttered and in the oven all at the same time. I will admit I had a bit of help from my mom, just stirring the noodles and small things like that, but it was a huge help! After all the work, I will say it was worth it! The Spag tasted AMAZING!

Birthday Cake

Now, the original assignment for this cake is not a birthday cake, just decorate a cake...but it was my moms birthday about the same time as it was assigned to make the cake. So by default this cake was turned into a birthday cake! The actual cake is just a cake from a box, not too hard, although it did turn out quite tasty. The frosting was the challenge. Specifically covering the cake with white frosting, that was quite frustrating. but it ended up looking good!

Apple Pie

The apple pie was a ton of work. I am not sure that I would make it again. The crust was the hard part. I did have fun making the latice top, though. And I think it turned out pretty well, even if I do say so myself. I did not eat any, my dad took it up to Michigan for my grandpa's birthday (he was already headed there). They said that they liked it, so I think it turned out pretty well!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

The oatmeal cookies were delicious! They were also easy enough to make, you just dump it all into a bowl, drop them onto a sheet, pop them in the oven and eat! There isn't much to say about them except YUM!
