
The stir fry was pretty easy. Once the veggies were cut up, all you had to do was saute them, and bam! they were ready to be eaten. It was a nice meal for the family. We ate it on rice with chicken and orange slices, a hodge-podge but tasty meal!
These are my results to the food I made complying with the class Foods 1, which I took as an independent study. I used the text book Food for Today (2000). Any questions -- ask.
